Patchwork Blocks are used to form the base of this blouse front and back. I used old patchwork blocks and laid them on a muslin base, arranging them into what I thought was a pleasing overall design, then I covered the raw edges with shaped lace techniques. I tea and coffee stained the fabric for the sleeves to match the character of the overall blouse design.
